What Makes Our Caregivers Different

Compassionate Carlsbad Home Health Care Seniors Can Count On

Carlsbad home health careExperience in senior care is important; that’s why AALL CARE’s at home caregivers must have at least one year of verifiable professional caregiving experience or be certified by the state of California as a Certified Nursing Assistant before AALL CARE will consider a candidate for employment. This means that you or your loved one will be in the hands of professionals who understand and love the work of providing home health care.

Ongoing Training

To assist our caregivers in keeping their skills up to date, AALL CARE provides ongoing training. Caregivers are given in-service training on the specific disease process for each new client they serve. In addition, free continuing education classes are offered to give our caregivers new skills and competencies to assist them when serving you or your loved one.

Fully Employed (not independent contractors)

AALL CARE caregivers are employees of our San Diego home care company. As a responsible employer we withhold all State and Federal taxes, provide Workers’ Compensation Insurance and General Liability Insurance (bonding coverage). This protects our clients and their families from the burdensome paperwork and tax liabilities they face when hiring someone independently or through a third party employment or “referral” agency.

Background Checks (for peace of mind)

We contract with a service, Advanced Research Systems, to complete criminal background checks on our caregivers before sending them to care for our clients. In addition, we complete a DMV check and Social Security verification.

Our caregivers are in continuous contact with the Staffing Coordinators in both our San Diego County and North County offices. This communication allows for collaborative problem solving and supervision of the case.
