Experience
AALL CARE caregivers must have at least one year of verifiable professional care giving experience or be certified by the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant before AALL CARE will consider them for a care giving position. This means that you or your loved one will be in the hands of professionals who understand and love the work of care giving.
Ongoing Training
To assist our caregivers in keeping their skills up to date, AALL CARE provides ongoing training. Caregivers are given in-services training on the specific disease process for each new client they serve. In addition, free continuing education classes are offered to give our caregivers new skills and competencies to assist them when serving you or your loved one.
Fully Employed (not independent contractors)
AALL CARE caregivers are employees of the company. As a responsible employer we withhold all State and Federal taxes, provide Workers' Compensation Insurance and General Liability Insurance (bonding coverage) This protects our clients and their families from the burdensome paperwork and tax liabilities they face when hiring someone independently or through a third party employment or "referral" agency.
Background Checks (for peace of mind)
We contract with a service, Advanced Research, to complete criminal background checks on our caregivers before sending them to care for our clients. In addition we complete a DMV check and Social Security verification.
Supervision
Our caregivers are in continuous contact with the Staffing Coordinators in each office. This communication allows for collaborative problem solving and supervision of the case.
