Reliable, Experienced Caregivers

AALL CARE caregivers are actually employees of the company. They are carefully interviewed, screened, background-checked, bonded and supervised. Health care benefits, bonuses and continuing education are available for all employees. Regular training is offered to each caregiver, with many specially trained in Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and Hospice care.

AALL CARE Caregivers are:

Certified Home Health Aids
Certified Nursing Assistants
Personal Care Attendants

Caregiver Screening includes:

Criminal background and reference checks
Written skills exam
Verification of Nursing Assistant Certification
CPR certification and screening for TB

AALL CARE's Responsibilities as an Employer:

Withholds all State and Federal payroll taxes
Files quarterly and yearly payroll tax returns
Produces and files yearly W-2 forms
Provides Worker's Compensation
Provides General and Professional Liability Insurance (Bonding coverage)
